Yes! We offer a 15-minute information session via video or conference or phone call with you and one of our career and/or coaching consultant - free of charge. You can schedule an appointment here.

Can I discuss more than one career and/or personal development topic during a 1h consultation session?

Of course! Before the meeting, we will exchange information on your objectives and present you a structured agenda of the meeting so you can get the best out of that work session. We will be transparent in case more time may be necessary.

I already have a resume/LinkedIn profile/cover letter but need somebody to help me review it and provide feedback. Can you help with that?

Yes! Not everybody needs a resume created from scratch! If all you need at this time is feedback on your existing materials, we can help you during an hourly session. We will notify you in case we determine the documents you share could use a more substantial rework instead.

I feel stuck and I’m not sure what to do with my career. Do you offer any support for people who are exploring their options?

We have been there ourselves and we recognize the value of coaching! Our certified coach will work with you to determine the areas of focus, establish achievable goals, teach you useful practices and methods, and support you throughout every step of the process so you are set up for success. Success means different things to different people - we are here to empower the real you without any preconceived notions or judgment.

I want to use your services! What does the work process look like?

For customers interested in an hourly consultation: we will exchange information about the topics you want to discuss, share a structured, detailed agenda and connect with you when you’re ready.

For customers interested in creating a new resume or a LinkedIn profile: our collaboration will include at least two 30-minute meetings—the first session is to collect the information necessary for us to start working on your document; the second session will be a check-in so you can validate the overall progress we have made.

Do you have any discounts or special offers/packages?

We offer a discounted “new resume + LinkedIn profile” package. Also, should you require other services combined, such as a consultation bundled with a resume service, or perhaps a a couple of pre-paid coaching sessions, let us know - we may be able to offer a discount.

If I decide to hire your services and after my first session I decide I don't want to continue, is my deposit refundable?

Our initial, informational meeting is at no cost. We require non-refundable deposits on resume/LinkedIn writing and related packages. Hourly consultation and coaching sessions are prepaid and non-refundable.

If I decide to work with you, how long is the average wait time to start working with you?

Timing is everything, so tell us openly about your deadlines! We respond to inquiries within 24 ~ 48 business hours. For interview prep and general career/resume/LinkedIn hourly consultation, we will do our best to assist you with urgency, at no extra charge. For new resumes or LinkedIn profiles created from scratch, the process (which includes draft meetings) typically takes up to a week.

What is the difference between a coach and a therapist?

Coaching targets your specific objectives with performance enhancement in mind. On the other hand, therapy aims to understand and resolve broader psychological challenges. While a coach encourages you to look at the now and the future, and supports you in achieving your unique goals, a therapist often addresses the past. Coaching tends to be short-term in comparison to therapy, which may be a long-term process. Our coaches are CTI-trained and certified. During your first, free info session, the coach will help you determine whether coaching is the right path for you.
